  3. You have emotions all the time.

The fourth insight is that you can feel better all the time if you improve the emotions you have all the time. Improving your emotional base state will make you feel better.

It’s not just a one-off thing. Every moment of you life can be better. All you need to do is learn to change your emotions and learn to feel your emotional base state.

From there, you can improve your base state until you feel great.
