We’re all carrying an accumulated emotional burden. These emotions drain our energy. If our emotions take too much energy or are too negative, depression results. Our burden can crush us.
Now, it’s not just the overwhelming emotions taking away from our life. Any outdated or irrelevant emotion is taking up energy too. Many of our emotions are not improving our lives. If you can let go of the unhelpful emotions, you will gain back the mental energy those emotions consumed.
This reclaimed energy will flow into your “normal” state of mind. You will become more energetic all the time.
At this point, I’d like to reframe what you consider a “normal” or “clear” state of mind. You have many emotions at every moment.
